A hodgepodge of evocative images culled from myriad sources, not limited to Harper’s monthly, The Adventures of Tintin, a Met Museum engagement notebook, and the artist’s private collection of Polaroids. The collage is formatted to meet the dimensions of a traditional cassette j-card to accompany a conceptual mixtape of which only two exist.

Concept for an anniversary gift. The artist invited his partner to a secluded berm by a neighborhood brook where he played each individual track from what was to be a gift mixtape. A microphone was placed between the two so that fragments of their conversations between tunes could be interwoven into the final tape.
